These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase and use of gift cards and vouchers (collectively "Gift Vouchers") via our website. By purchasing a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This website is operated by Manistra Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
2.1. The contract between you and Manistra Ltd is formed when we receive payment in full and send you a confirmation email containing the Gift Voucher (for digital orders)
2.2. You must check the details in the confirmation email immediately. If there are any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
3.1. Multi-Venue Use: Gift Vouchers purchased through this website are valid for the purchase of goods and services (food and beverage) at both of our trading locations:
3.2. Presentation: The Gift Voucher must be presented to the staff member at the time of payment.
3.3. No Cash Value: Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, may not be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.
3.4. Change: We do not offer cash change or credit for the remaining balance, so we recommend using the full value of the voucher during your visit.
4.1. Expiry Date: Gift Vouchers are valid for 183 days from the date of purchase.
4.2. After 183 days, any remaining balance on the Gift Voucher will be cancelled and the voucher will become invalid.
4.3. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or replaced. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the voucher is used within the validity period.
5.1. Digital Vouchers: E-vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect email address or if our emails are blocked by your spam filter.
6.1. Cooling-off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the Gift Voucher has not yet been used or redeemed.
6.2. To request a refund, please contact us in writing at GIFTCARDS@PADRONE.PIZZA.
6.3. Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed in part or in full, no refund will be offered.
7.1. We are not responsible for Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
7.2. Please treat the Gift Voucher code as cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers.
8.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
8.2. Subject to 8.1, our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract shall in no circumstances exceed the purchase price of the Gift Voucher.
9.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Scotland.
9.2. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
